When you return a product, Brandsdistribution provides a refund in the form of a credit which is automatically uploaded to your profile. The credit will be issued within a maximum of 10 days from receipt of the return and will be valid for 2 years. The credit is automatically deducted when a new order is placed.
However, if you decide to close your account and no longer buy on Brandsdistribution, you must contact Customer Service to request a refund.
